Postage & Returns
Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched from us the same day via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is our standard service for the UK to arrive Next Working day pre 1:00pm, subject to Royal Mail Terms & Conditions. If goods are required for a Pre 9am or Saturday delivery, this option must be purchased from the express delivery upgrades page.
Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day guarantee delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to 99%* of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but they will still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm.
For overseas customers we ship Royal Mail International recorded and signed for service which is 5-7 working days for arrival. Please note we dispatch goods Monday - Friday.
Any orders placed between Friday 1pm and Sunday will be shipped on the Monday.
There will be no shipping on Bank Holidays.
All deliveries must be signed for.
Delivery Charges & Terms
Special Delivery - £6.50 Pre 1:00pm Next working day delivery service.
Orders MUST be placed before 1:00pm for Next Day Delivery, any orders taken after 1:00pm are not guaranteed to be processed that day and will be shipped the next working day.
This is a 99% guaranteed service from Royal Mail. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to Royal Mail errors, however if you feel a Special Delivery has been delivered late please contact us and we will provide you with the relevant details to make a claim for compensation. Coverage across the UK* postcodes only.
Special Delivery requires a signature on delivery and products are covered up to the value of £500, this does not include consequential loss.
Pre 9am Delivery - £14.00, For orders placed which are required for a Pre 9am arrival. Coverage across the UK* only and is available Monday - Friday deliveries only. This service requires a signature on delivery and delivery can take place anytime between 7:00am - 9:00am.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £10.00, Guaranteed Saturday receipt, Orders placed which are required for a Saturday arrival must use this service as standard special delivery service does not cover a Saturday arrival. Coverage across the UK* only. This service requires a signature on delivery.
International Delivery - £8.50 All International orders are posted via International Signed for Post. International Orders are charges are for orders under 2000g, anything over 2000g will be subject to additional cost.
All Postal Rates are inclusive of VAT.
Returns & Exchanges
If an item is unsuitable you may return to HairPlanet Hair Extensions ltd as we operate a “no quibble” 7 day money back return or exchange policy.
All postage costs must be paid by the buyer for the return of items. If an exchange is required the buyer must pay all postage costs for the postage of the new item.
All exchanges/refunds must be posted back to us within 7 days of the delivery date for refunds. Any returns received after 7 days of the delivery date will be issued with a credit note only. No returns will be accepted after 28 days of delivery date.
All hair returned for refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and unopened otherwise a 5% restocking charge will be made. If hair is in un-saleable condition the exchange/refund will not be accepted and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back. Clip in extensions are non returnable if they are removed from packaging ties, this is due to hygiene reasons.
Please send all exchanged/refunded items via a recorded/trackable delivery method as we are not responsible for any packages that are not received. If the return is due to an error made by HairPlanet Hair Extensions Ltd, postage will be refunded. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We DO NOT accept any responsibility for goods not returned to us. In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s), as long as all goods are returned unused and unopened and are fit for re-sale, postage costs will not be refunded for this.
If hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us within 1 month of the purchase date due to human hair being a consumable item during wear. We require any faulty hair back in full for testing and examination.
Hair must be received by us within 7 days of the reported date before any further damage can occur. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged in any way by the customer due to poor application or aftercare, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace the goods.
We recommend the use of our own brand hair care products on all of our extensions. We refuse the right for a refund if our products have not been used to maintain the hair correctly. Asian Hair Extensions will last up to 3 months with continuous wear if applied and maintained correctly.
We recommend only our specifically designed hair care products to help maintain the life of your hair extensions. Refunds or exchanges given for faulty hair extensions will only be given to the equivalent or value of hair received by us. By accepting these T&C's when registering and purchasing goods from HairPlanet Hair Extensions Ltd, you agree to abide by our Terms & conditions of Sale.
Due to the lack of control we have over application and operation procedures for the use of glue, glue guns and other application products, our manufacturers and HairPlanet Hair Extensions Ltd cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury caused to third parties. The purchaser must determine if the glue, glue gun or any other products are suitable for their particular requirements, and that all products are to be used for professional use only.
HairPlanet Hair Extensions Ltd do not accept any responsibility for hair that has been coloured or altered in any way after purchase.
Our human hair products and Tools are of Indian, Asian, Russian & Chinese origin, and we aim to maintain the highest possible standards at all times.
