Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used only for their intended purpose.
No responsibility will be accepted by HairPlanet Hair Extensions Ltd for trained on untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing goods and equipment supplied by HairPlanet Hair Extensions Ltd.
All offers on The Website are subject to stock availability and HairPlanet Hair Extensions Ltd reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.
We take special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions and specifications, whist given as a guide and in good faith, are subject to alteration by us without notice.
Please note: All our hair has been dyed and in some cases bleached as this is done by batch colour variation will occur.
Colour rings and charts are as a guide only the only time we can get 100% matches all of the time is it the hair was synthetic and not a natural product.
All colours are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor. Stock is allocated on a 'first-come-first-served' basis once your order reaches our main server. We do not guarantee the availability of any item.
Hair extensions are a natural product and issues can occur from time to time, however if the correct steps are followed (ie. aftercare etc) and the hair is deemed faulty after testing by us. We will offer replacement hair in this instance but will not offer any form of refund for products or fitting charges incured.
All the hair we retail has been colour treated and in some cases bleached which can effect the longevity of the hair depending on the shade purchased. Colour fading will occur especially with the bolder shades as they have been coloured onto a bleach base.
Overseas Orders
We welcome orders from anywhere in the EU. We will not process orders or despatch goods to countries where we are prohibited from doing so by law. Please note, due to current aviation regulations regarding flamable products we are unable to ship removal solution overseas as it can result in you parcel being detained in customes for a considerable amaount of time
Prices
Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on The Website but are subject to alteration.
Returns
We DO NOT accept any responsibility for goods not returned to us. In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s), as long as all goods are returned unused and unopened and are fit for re-sale, postage costs will not be refunded for this.
If hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us within 1 month of the purchase date due to human hair being a consumable item during wear. We require any faulty hair back in full for testing and examination.
Hair must be received by us within 7 days of the reported date before any further damage can occur. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged in any way by the customer due to poor application or aftercare, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace the goods.
We recommend the use of our own brand hair care products on all of our extensions. We refuse the right for a refund if our products have not been used to maintain the hair correctly. Asian Hair Extensions will last up to 3 months with continuous wear if applied and maintained correctly.
We recommend only our specifically designed hair care products to help maintain the life of your hair extensions. Refunds or exchanges given for faulty hair extensions will only be given to the equivalent or value of hair received by us. When registering and purchasing goods from HairPlanet Hair Extensions Ltd, you agree to abide by our Terms & conditions of Sale.
Company Disclaimer
Due to the lack of control we have over application and operation procedures for the use of glue, glue guns and other application products, our manufacturers and HairPlanet Hair Extensions Ltd cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury caused to third parties. The purchaser must determine if the glue, glue gun and colours are suitable for their particular requirements prior to application, and that all products are to be used for professional use only.
HairPlanet Hair Extensions Ltd do not accept any responsibility for hair that has been coloured or altered in any way after purchase.
Our human hair products and Tools are of Indian, Asian, Russian & Chinese origin, and we aim to maintain the highest possible standards at all times.
